Everyone has heard about the many benefits of drinking an adequate amount of water every day:

One big reason is that they don’t realize what that recommended amount actually is for themselves.
The simple answer: Divide your weight by 2 and drink that amount in ounces every day (so, if you weigh 200 lbs. you should drink 100 ozs.)

SO HOW DO I TRACK MY DAILY H2O INTAKE?
ANSWER: Use the AllScore mode on your ScoreBand PRO or ScoreBand PLAY.
(I am counting cups consumed on the top and ounces on the bottom...alternatively, you could count the number of trips to the bathroom on the top!)
