HOW DOES THE SCOREBAND PRO WORK?
ONE (OR ALL) OF MY SCORING MODES HAVE DISAPPEARED, WHAT HAPPENED?
You may have accidentally used our HIDE mode(s) feature by pressing the LIGHT button for too long.
To unhide hidden modes, press and hold the LIGHT button for 7 seconds while in TIME mode.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?
ScoreBand PRO comes in two wristband sizes (watch faces are same size):
- Small/Medium = 216mm (8.5" long) x 16mm wide
- Large/XL = 241 mm (9.5" long) x 20 mmwide
IS IT WATER-RESISTANT?
Yes, the ScoreBand PRO is 3ATM. Which means it should withstand moisture even with pressure on it similar to 100 feet underwater. So, it will be okay if exposed to rain or sweat, but moisture should be avoided or wiped away if present. If buttons are pressed while moisture is present, it is more susceptible to moisture entering.
DOES IT CONFORM TO THE RULES OF GOLF AND TENNIS?
Yes, we have confirmed with the USGA and USTA that this does not violate any of their rules. It is considered a technological advancement.
DOES IT COME WITH A WARRANTY?
Yes, the ScoreBand PRO comes with a one-year limited warranty. Click here to register your product for warranty coverage.
DO I NEED TO BUY A SEPARATE WATCH FOR EVERY SPORT I PLAY?
No, the ScoreBand PRO is loaded with five modes: Time mode plus three all encompassing sport scorekeeping modes - AllScore, Golf & Tennis, plus a Stopwatch mode..
DO SCORES RESET IF I CHANGE MODE?
>No, it is safe to change modes while playing...scores remain until reset.
I WON'T NEED SOME OF THE MODES. CAN I REMOVE THEM?
Yes. You can hide any/all of the scoring modes. To hide an undesired mode, press and hold the LIGHT button for 7 seconds while in the undesired mode. To unhide mode(s), press and hold the LIGHT button for 7 seconds while in TIME mode.
DO I NEED TO BUY A BATTERY?
No. Your ScoreBand PRO will arrive with a replaceable 3 volt button cell battery (CR2016) battery inside that should last over one year with normal usage. It is recommended that you allow a professional to replace the battery so water-resistance properties remain intact.
IS THERE AN ON/OFF POWER BUTTON TO CONSERVE BATTERY LIFE?
ScoreBand PRO does have a SLEEP function to conserve battery life when not in use. From TIME mode, press the LIGHT, RESET and DATABAR buttons simultaneously for 4 seconds. To awaken watch, press any button for 1 second.
