World Team Tennis Finals coming to Charleston, SC
We’re excited that our home town – Charleston, SC – is playing host to the World Team Tennis (WTT) Finals on September 14th -16th. And doubly excited because ScoreBand is a proud partner of the fun-filled three day event.
WTT showcases the best team tennis organized in the format of coed teams made up of former and current professional players, just as co-founder Billie Jean King envisioned it in the ‘70s. This is definitely a tournament you don’t want to miss--with the star power of Venus Williams, who just came back with a Olympic gold medal in doubles, John McEnroe, Kevin Anderson and a Charleston favorite Lindsay Davenport headlining the lineups. Venus will be anchoring the Washington Kastles’ in their bid to make history. The Kastle have not lost a match since July 2012, making them owners of the second longest U.S sports pro team win streak in history with 30 consecutive wins.
