Camden Riviere signs on as ScoreBand Ambassador

September 25, 2012

We’re excited to announce that Camden Riviere, the #4 Court Tennis Professional in the world, has signed on to be an official ScoreBand Ambassador. Camden, originally from Charleston, SC, grew up playing court tennis in Aiken, SC at the Aiken Tennis Club. Being mentored by his father, grandfather and Coach, Mike Devine, he played his first tournament at age 7 and by age 12 he was competing in top level amateur tournaments.  In 2005, Camden turned professional and moved to England to work at the courts at Hampton Court Palace. By 2008, he was number two in the world taking titles such as the US Open Doubles and Singles Champion, French Open Doubles Champion, European Open Champion and US Professionals Singles Champion.

At age 21, Camden was the youngest to ever compete at the World Championship Singles Challenger. He took the title as the US Professionals Singles Champion in 2010, 2011 and 2012. Camden took a year off to recuperate from an injury however he is back in full force! Just this past week, Camden won the 2012 French Open Doubles and Singles Championship!

Camden believes ScoreBand will help Court Tennis players tremendously: “I am excited to be a part of the ScoreBand Team.Court Tennis has such a complicated scoring system that people will actually pay a professional to keep score for them! Now with ScoreBand players can concentrate on how to win points instead of who won the last point….and save money on instructor fees!”

Keep up with Camden here.

For ScoreBand,

Katherine
