This week we are excited to feature, Pro Golf of Charleston, a golf specialty store right in our own backyard. Whether you’re a beginner or a scratch handicap, Pro Golf is a Lowcountry must for all golfers and a great place to go for friendly, expert advice on all of your golf gear needs.
Opening their doors in 2005, Pro Golf of Charleston was named “Store of the Year” by Pro Golf International. Owner, Robert Leonard, prides himself on making sure his crew provides the best customer service available anywhere. With the motto “treat others as you would like to be treated,” everyone who walks through the door is welcomed and treated as the most important person in the store. As a 24-year old girl struggling to find her golf-loving boyfriend a Christmas present last month, I personally can attest to this. I have never walked into Pro Golf of Charleston and not been greeted by multiple smiling faces ready to help with anything I might need.
“As soon as Jody [Founder of ScoreBand] came to talk to me with his prototypes of ScoreBand, I knew it was a terrific idea and would make for a great product in the golf industry,” said Owner Robert Leonard. “We sold a lot during the Christmas season and ScoreBand is just an overall great seller.”
